The program is for singers who aspire to professionalize. The goal is to educate and prepare the singers to establish themselves as independent artists (or to approach labels). Successful candidates will record in the studio and perform on stage as part of the program.
Sample curriculum: classes on vocal technique, the current state of the music business, artistry and branding, press release and marketing, music & money, performance coaching, recording sessions in the studio, music project with a producer, ensemble work.
Upon successful completion the singers receive a Certificate for Performing Contemporary Singing Styles (Pop, Rock, RnB).
