1. How can I make an appointment or sign up for a class?
To make an appointment for a private lesson, just send an email or give us a call. We teach every day of the week & weekend, morning until late night. Just tell us about your schedule and we'll work it out! The paypal button on the purchase site will lead you to different payment methods (PayPal account, debit and credit card). If you need to pay in cash, please let us know when you book an appointment.
To book a class, click the "book or buy package" button on the purchase site. You can either book a single class by clicking on the desired class on the calendar, or you can buy a package and redeem your discounted class vouchers in your account by booking any classes you'd like on the calendar.
2. What is the cancelation policy at KVS?
Private lessons can be rescheduled within 24 hours before the appointment by call or text message. Make sure your get a confirmation text message. Students can cancel classes the have signed up for in their account until 24 hours before class begins.
If students cancel later than the policy allows or do not show up (in time) to an appointment or class they have booked, they are fully responsible for the payment.
3. Do you provide sheet music?
We usually provide everything you need in your class or lesson - including a selection of sheet music, cold water and hot tea! If you have special needs for your sheet music (a rare piece, a different key, ...), we advise you to inform your voice teacher before the lesson.
4. I am a beginner - which classes should I start with?
We strongly recommend our new students to take some private lessons and combine them with the "Vocals 1" and other workshops to learn the fundamentals of singing technique. Depending on your personal preferences and ambition, you can learn background and harmony singing in the "Harmony" class or get musical background in the theory classes.
